Gala takes a collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship, focusing on helping clients accomplish goals that are meaningful to them. She believes that helping clients understand themselves is a key to unlocking their ability to adapt and problem solve. Through a relationship built on honesty, acceptance, and support, Gala empowers her clients to discover skills they may use to heal from past trauma, navigate challenges and transitions, and improve their relationships.
