About Alma Dedushi
Alma Dedushi is a highly compassionate and dedicated Medical Director, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to Mindful Healing Counseling. Her journey in healthcare began in 2004 as a pre-med student at UNLV, where her passion for medicine was ignited. Over the years, Alma’s dedication expanded beyond traditional healthcare to treating the whole person, including mental and emotional well-being.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Alma has a deep understanding of patient care, mental health, and holistic healing. She specializes in providing leadership and medical oversight, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care. Alma is committed to fostering a compassionate environment for both patients and staff, overseeing treatment plans, and guiding the clinical direction of the organization.
